Assisting the administration team with confidential letters, drafts and legal documents. Working with standard Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook as well as answering the phone and taking notes on behalf of colleagues.

Apprenticeship Details

You will be assisting the admin team with general duties, however the core aspects of the role will be to:

  • Assist and support the Manager and Finance dept
  • Complete carer profiles and add to database
  • Maintain training records and compliance data
  • Assist with the recruitment process of staff – chase references, prepare files & book appointments
  • General office admin to include, filing, scanning, computer work, organising paperwork, telephone, post, stationery.
