This course aims to give designers the knowledge and understanding to enable compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
Objectives
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Outline the aims, application and content of CDM 2015
- Explain the duties imposed on designers by CDM
- Describe requirements in relation to Pre-construction Information, the Construction Phase Plan and the H&S File
- Roles and responsibilities and relationships under CDM
- Describe how CDM relates to other health and safety legislation
