Personal learning and Thinking skills
The units in this qualification focus on the essential skills learners need to develop as team leaders. There are five mandatory units, looking at the principles of team leading and management, workplace communication understanding business and personal development. Plus there is a wide selection of optional units to build management skills in a variety of areas such as customer service, health and safety and performance management.

Entry Requirements
Level of English commensurate to the qualification and suitable job role, working in a suitable environment to generate the evidence required to achieve the qualification and level.
This qualification recognise the skills and experience which candidates may have gained over a period of time, or are currently acquiring in their job. Level 2 is appropriate for you if you are working as a team leader and are required to complete a number of standard tasks with a team of staff. This may be your first role in an aspiring management role.
