Objectives
By the end of this course the participants will be able to:
- Describe the standards that exist in relation to the service provider to water industry customers
- State the relevant regulators of the industry
- Describe the legislation that dictates the standards for the industry
- Explain the units of measurement used in the relevant standards
- Describe situations that could influence non-compliance against the customer service standards
Method
The course will consist of mainly classroom activities with a mixture of trainer presentation and desk top exercises.
