Water Skills is delighted to be appointed as a supplier of technical training and assessment services by Scottish Water.
With an Area Manager already based in Scotland to lead the delivery, Water Skills will use their extensive experience as a foundation to build programmes that meet the business needs of Scottish Water and enhance the learning experience of their employees.
Delivery will see Scottish Waters Policies and Procedures either embedded within training events or dedicated exclusively to them.
Scottish Water has around 5 million customers spread across the mainland and the islands. It takes a dedicated team to deliver the customer experience required to live up to their Trusted to serve Scotland strapline. This encapsulates Scottish Waters principle that their customers are at the heart of their business and that they deliver a vital service to them 24/7, 365 days a year.
