Working in a call centre environment you will additionally be working towards a Level 2 Business Administration qualification. On a daily basis you will be:-
- Qualifying warm leads from our website by outbound calling and passing over hot leads to our sales team
- Asking customers a series of set and probing questions
- Taking inbound calls
- Taking messages for the sales team
- Booking collections with our transport agents
- Supporting the sales team with administration back up
Working a shift pattern the office is open 7 days a week, Monday Friday 9.00 a.m. 7.00 p.m., Saturday 9.00 a.m. 5.00 p.m. and Sunday 10.00 a.m. 4.00 p.m. Fantastic starting rates of pay which is negotiable dependant on experience from £4.50 - £5.50 per hour.
